In this course you will explore Biology as the study of every aspect of life, from drug discovery and vaccinations for diseases to environmental factors and climate change. This cutting-edge biology degree offers topics as diverse as cancer therapeutics, applied plant ecology and neuroscience. Through this course you will develop the skills to address some of the world's greatest problems, from sustainable food production using plant-based products to how we treat Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease. Following successful completion of the IYZ, you will continue onto Year One of your degree directly with the University of your choice.
