LLM Technology and Artificial Intelligence Law gives you specialist knowledge of the law regulating technology. The programme covers a range of themes, including:

  • privacy laws relating to technology
  • data protection
  • legal technologies
  • human rights and technology
  • regulation of artificial intelligence and cybersecurity

You will learn about the use of technology to address current and emerging global challenges such as climate change, pandemics, sustainability, and digital inclusion and the role of law in facilitating and guiding that use, while ensuring society is protected from potential harm caused by the more radical and disruptive technologies.
