Solidify your Spanish language skills through language coursework, then take upper-division courses taught in Spanish. You’ll take at least one course in each of the following key areas: Spanish peninsular literature and culture, Latin American literature and culture, Latino literature and culture, and Spanish linguistics. Optionally, students with a strong GPA in their Spanish coursework may prepare a capstone project or do an internship under the supervision of a professor and receive course credit for that work.
You may incur additional costs in the course of your education at the University over and above tuition fees in an academic year such as laptops, study materials and additional resources.
Enjoy small class size: Introductory language courses are capped at 20 students to enhance learning and interaction between students and professors.
